Музыка зарубежных композиторов - аккордеонистов: пьесы, мелодии, песни - ноты
REFLECTIONS represents the first American publication for the accordion of such a magnitude. Although there are several published concertos with orchestra scores, this is the first time that a recording of the full symphony has been released together with the complete published parts for solo and orchestra.
The composition, a suite written in three parts, was composed by one of Sweden's most noted accordionists, Andrew Walters. Its first performance on the Swedish radio in 1958 with the Swedish Broadcasting Symphony was directed by Egon Kjerrman and was received enthusiastically by the general public. This same orchestration is published as recorded.
We take pride in being able to offer both the recording and the composition to the music world, with confidence that not only does it add to the accordion library of music, but it also presents the instrument in another favorable light by its use with the symphony.
